Official Proxy Contracts

Proxy contracts are on-chain proxies that store the latest Aggregator for a particular feed price. using a proxy allows the underlying Aggregator to be upgraded seamlessly without interrupting service to the consuming contract.
Note that the proxy contract provides a consistent address for the CurrentAnwerInterface, but it is up to the owner to update the address of the contract being proxied to at the bottom.
